Reports are digital products created instantly after payment, so orders cannot be cancelled once the report is delivered.
If your report fails to generate, the payment is refunded automatically. If you were charged but did not receive your report, or were charged twice, email janmaveda@gmail.com within 7 days with your payment ID and we will refund you in full. Refunds reach your account in 5–7 working days.
